info@rockwoodbwca.com. A deposit check of $350 per week per cabin is required within 7 days of making a phone reservation. For a partial week reservation the
deposit is one night's rental. If cancellation notice is given 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival or
if another reservation can be taken to replace your reservation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $35 service charge. We
will send you confirmation of your reservation on receipt of your deposit.
We prefer cash, personal check or travelers checks but will accept VISA,
Mastercard and Discover Cards. |

arrival: Please call if arrival is expected after 7:00 p.m.
Because of our remote location, finding your cabin after hours can
be difficult. Please try to
arrange your schedule arriving mid-afternoon.
Early arrivals (before 3:00
p.m.) can check out a boat or canoe, hike, picnic, or relax until your
cabin is ready. |

| $350/week for
each reservation. Reservations may be made by telephone or e-mail and held for 7 days on a credit card
until the deposit check arrives.
Deposit check must be received within 7 days after a phone reservation has been made. If you must cancel and we are notified in writing 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit minus a $35 service charge will
be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days, we will refund your deposit
minus the $35 service charge only if we are able to fill your entire stay with another guest. We
prefer cash, personal or travelers checks, but we will accept VISA,
MasterCard or Discover when at the lodge. Taxes: Sales 7.5%, Lodging 3%. |
